Demo and calculator
The demo uses only fictional product data and prices. Calculator inputs and demo selections remain in your browser; the application neither sends them to a server nor saves them in persistent browser storage. Results are estimates and provide no technical, purchasing or savings guarantee.
Conversation with Anna
Anna is an AI-powered digital assistant whose appearance is a fictional, generated person. Text and voice conversations start only after the privacy consent checkbox is selected. Voice mode also requires a separate start action and browser microphone permission; no camera is needed. The purpose is to answer questions about the service. Processing for this optional conversation is based on consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw by clearing the relevant checkbox. The “Clear and stop conversations” button in privacy settings withdraws both consents, clears the local conversation and stops the voice connection. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Vapi processes typed text, or audio and its transcript, with OpenAI generating answers, Soniox providing speech recognition, ElevenLabs providing speech output and Daily providing the real-time audio connection. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their service contracts and data transfer terms.
Your browser retains text history while the current page is open. After each successful text answer, the server attempts to delete the Vapi conversation record; immediate deletion is not guaranteed during temporary provider failures. Persistent audio, video and transcript recording are disabled for the voice assistant. Provider technical logs, call identifiers, duration and cost metadata may still be generated. Voice connections are limited to five minutes per conversation. Do not provide passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or confidential customer documents.
Enquiry form and email
The company name, contact name, email, optional phone number, current system, request volume and notes entered in the form help prepare the discussion. These data are stored on Netlify based on your consent to submission (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The form reports success only after storage is checked. We send an automatic acknowledgement to your email through Resend using your name, company name and request reference. Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a contract.
Form enquiries are retained for 90 days, after which a daily automatic deletion process runs. You may request earlier deletion at apexweb26@gmail.com. Substantive email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive discussion, except where contractual or legal retention requirements apply. Google provides the email service. Email links open your own email application.
Technical operation and providers
The website does not use its own advertising or visitor analytics cookies. Netlify may process IP addresses, timestamps and requested paths for delivery and abuse prevention. Voice connections require additional technical network data. Assistant answers are not binding offers and do not replace human technical or business review.

Legal bases and providing data
Enquiries and AI conversations are voluntary. Without the required form fields we cannot record an online enquiry; you may contact us by phone or email instead. For separate email quotation requests, processing concerning a person acting on their own behalf is based on pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for a company contact, it is based on legitimate interests in professional discussions (Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting security logs support operation and abuse prevention on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
The public website makes no automated decisions producing legal effects about you and performs no such profiling. You choose the calculator's assumptions. Contractual and invoicing data are subject to the separate rules of the resulting engagement and applicable retention obligations.
International data transfers
Netlify, Resend, Google and the AI voice providers may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Applicable provider data processing terms and standard contractual clauses describe transfer safeguards. Sources include: Netlify data processing terms, Resend DPA, Vapi privacy documentation, Google data transfer frameworks. You may request further information about the specific data flow and copies of safeguards at the controller's email address.
Provider retention policies also apply to security and billing metadata; we do not claim immediate deletion from every participating system. Disabling content recording does not eliminate all logging.
Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing. Send requests to the email address above. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is justified, we notify you and explain the reason within that first month. Where necessary, we request only information needed to verify identity. You may withdraw consent at any time and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Judicial remedies are also available. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).
Before a pilot involving real customer documents, we agree separate privacy and data processing terms, access rights and retention periods.
